Shipping & Returns

1. Digital Delivery (Shipping)

Because Adept Vault operates exclusively as a digital storefront, we do not ship physical products. All of our products are digital downloads (such as PDFs, ZIP files, and templates).

Upon successful payment completion, you will instantly be provided with a download link on the order confirmation page. Additionally, an email containing the download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned".

Exceptions:

• Defective Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted, defective, or cannot be opened, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a working copy or a full refund.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us with both order numbers for a refund of the duplicate charge.
