1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all digital products available for purchase are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us.

2. License of Digital Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital product for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license any of our products without explicit written consent.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and payment information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the digital products without notice at any time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Adept Vault and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
